  • Cash on Delivery: You can pay upon receiving the product. Please note that 50% of the amount must be paid in advance for special orders.

Shipping Methods:

  • Company Representative for most areas of Greater Cairo: Products are delivered within 48 hours from the order confirmation date.
  • Via Bosta for most governorates of Egypt: Products are delivered within 2 to 5 business days from the order confirmation date.
  • Via other shipping companies for remote areas not covered by Bosta: Delivery time is determined according to the company’s policy.

Delivery:

  • All products are delivered to your doorstep.
  • A text message is sent to the customer once the product leaves the Tibagemstones warehouse.
  • The customer can track their shipment through our website or mobile app.

Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees vary depending on the shipping method and region.
  • The customer can view the shipping fees before confirming the order.

Receiving the Order:

  • The customer must sign a receipt upon receiving the product.
  • If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, a new delivery time will be scheduled.

Warranty:

  • Customers can exchange or return a product in case of a manufacturing defect within 14 days from the date of receipt.
